I totally agree with this projection. We're much improved.

I don't see any thoughts about this year's team being better as getting our hopes up.  I know I've probably been the leader in having HIGH HOPES FOR THE Wildcats at the beginning of each season, since....forever.  But, when you look at the talent level that has arrived and the difference in that talent at several positions, I believe it's only common sense that this team will be better than last year's was.  How much better would be the actual question in my opinion.  Nico looks to be a better point guard than last season's.  Josh appears to be a better 2/3 than last season.  I don't believe we had a more fearsome, animalistic forward last season than Stone.  These are just the obvious differences that should have this year's team finishing the season in a better position than the last team.  While this type of logic can only get you so far, at least it gets you through the door.   We just have to wait to see what's inside that door.  Personally I can't wait.  I think this will be a very enjoyable team to watch at the very least.

There's no question that the Cats will show improvement at every position.

The only Guard to shoot 40%+ from the field was Doutrive...and he only took 68 attempts.  Luther was our most consistent 3-point shooter and our frontcourt was unbelievably thin.

With Jeter, Nnaji, Lee, Gettings and Koloko up front, there won't be many programs that can compete with our size.  Even our five guards average 6'4"...

We are 10-men deep on the roster & have a nice mix of elite freshmen and experienced upperclassmen.
